Non Consultant/Junior Doctor/Medical Trainee Registration £120.00
Non-medical Graduates Registration * £90.00

* Non-medical Graduates inc Nurses, Midwives, Allied Health Professionals and Non-Tenured Scientists. Non-tenured scientists and clinicians in training posts – letter of confirmation required from institution

The above fees are in GBP and are VAT exempt.

Terms and Conditions of Registration

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Up to 17 August 2019 – Full refund less £50.00 + VAT administration fee
From 18 August 2019 – no refund

Changes, substitutions and cancellations of registration:
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ICAPA 2019 Delegate Services Team at ICAPA2019@conferencepartners.com.  Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time and are subject to a £35.00 + VAT administration fee.

If a badge is lost or forgotten, an administrative fee of £15.00 will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognised identification documents).

Payment:
Payment of registration fees should be made by through the online form by credit card only. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

Cancellation and refund policy:
All applicable refunds will be made after the conference. Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.

In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.

Accomodation

Manchester Central is situated in the heart of the City Centre and is spoilt for accommodation choices for our conference in September 2019. We have secured favourable rates at the venue’s closest hotel spots and these can be booked when you register for the conference via or registration system.
